“Duck Soup” 鴨湯- 117x91cm- Oil on Canvas, 2009

An Asian girl enjoys a bowl of colorful rubber duckies. Where does our food come from? With the advent of manufacturing and mass production, food is a product – often sold through enticing practices, free toys, slogans and mascots. Food has become something to play with – not something to be nourished by. If it isn’t fun and good looking, we won’t eat it.
